Iowa Law Review

Since its inception in 1915 as the Iowa Law Bulletin, the Iowa Law Review has served as a scholarly legal journal, noting and analyzing developments in the law and suggesting future paths for the law to follow. Since 1935, students have edited and have managed the Law Review, which is published at least five times annually.

Oxford Journal of Legal Studies

The Oxford Journal of Legal Studies is published on behalf of the Faculty of Law in the University of Oxford. It is designed to contribute to understanding in all matters relating to law. While the Journal has an emphasis on theoretical work and on broad issues arising from the relationship of law to other disciplines, no topic of legal interest and no approach to scholarship is excluded.

Current Legal Problems

The Current Legal Problems (CLP) annual volume is published on behalf of University College London, Faculty of Laws, and features scholarly articles that offer a critical analysis of important current legal issues. It covers all areas of legal scholarship and features a wide range of methodological approaches to law. It is based on the Faculty of Laws' flagship public lecture series, which were established over sixty years ago, are public and often chaired by members of the judiciary.

Journal of Environmental Law

Condensing essential information into just three issues a year, the Journal of Environmental Law has become an authoritative source of informed analysis for all those who have any dealings in this vital field of legal study. It exists primarily for academics and legal practitioners, but should also prove accessible for all other groups concerned with the environment, from scientists to planners.

European Business Organization Law Review

The European Business Organization Law Review (EBOR) aims to promote a scholarly debate which critically analyses the whole range of organizations chosen by companies, groups of companies, and state-owned enterprises to pursue their business activities and offer goods and services all over the European Union. At issue are the enactment of corporate laws, the theory of firm, the theory of capital markets and related legal topics.

The Cambridge Law Journal

The Cambridge Law Journal publishes articles on all aspects of law. Special emphasis is placed on contemporary developments, but the journal's range includes jurisprudence and legal history. An important feature of the journal is the Case and Comment section, in which members of the Cambridge Law Faculty and other distinguished contributors analyse recent judicial decisions, new legislation and current law reform proposals.

Feminist Legal Studies

Feminist Legal Studies is committed to an international perspective and to the promotion of feminist work in all areas of law, legal theory and legal practice. The journal publishes material in a range of formats, including articles, essay reviews, interviews, book reviews and notes on recent legal developments. The editorial board encourages the submission of papers from people working outside the academy, as well as from researchers in any discipline.
