Publication Process Summary

  • 01

    Metadata

    Depositors must provide metadata for all the publications they submit. This metadata includes bibliographic details that help in organizing and indexing the content.

    Validity

    The depositor is solely responsible for the validity and authenticity of the content being submitted.
  • 03

    Embargo Period

    Items cannot be deposited until any embargo period set by publishers or funders has expired.
  • 04

    Copyright

    Any copyright violations are the responsibility of the authors/depositors. The content must comply with all copyright regulations.
  • 05

    Approval

    After submission, the publication will be reviewed and approved by the concerned authority before being made available online.
  • 06

    Publication

    The IUB Library, with the assistance of CITS, manages and preserves the digital content submitted to the repository.
  • 07

    Open Access

    The submission will go to public for download & citation after the embargo period.
  • 08

    Modification

    Please contact library if any kind of modification needed.
